Since the opening during the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I have been visiting regularly. Before we knew it, it became a difficult place to get a reservation. The best part is the camaraderie among the staff, who are all fond of Onozawa. As the second group of staff members enters their second year, the atmosphere has become even more relaxed than during the first group. They engage with customers attentively, and smiles are abundant all around. The heartfelt dishes are, of course, exceptional. It's no surprise that the intervals between reservations keep getting longer. It was a great meal.
