This is the main dining area of the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo in Nihonbashi.I enjoyed a lunch course, and each dish was a refined, subtly flavored Chinese cuisine that highlighted the natural tastes of the ingredients. The soup, with its gentle seasoning, and the mango pudding were particularly delicious.The dim sum was also delightful, making me want to try the dim sum buffet next time.The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Additionally, the view from the 37th floor was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy our meal while taking in the scenery.
