Located near Ningyocho Station, this popular tempura restaurant is on the 6th floor of the Amazake Yokocho building. My previous reservation was canceled on the day due to the chef's health issues, so this was my long-awaited first visit. The counter seats were fully booked. The course lasted nearly three hours, but the light batter made it easy to enjoy without feeling tired. They served a delightful array of delicious tempura, making the time fly by. I particularly loved the shrimp tasting and the rare preparations. The tempura of the surf clam, bamboo shoots, and creamy make-in potatoes were all delicious. I hope to be able to make another reservation soon!
