A grand maison located on the first floor of a building near Kyobashi Station. The interior has a classical atmosphere, and despite the staff shortage, the attentive service is impressive. I enjoyed the truffle ravioli with chestnut sauce, the appetizer featuring lobster that can be chosen as either cold or warm, the rich foie gras mousse with a decadent sauce, and the sea bass soup filled with aromatic vegetables. For the main meat dish, I chose the Maria Callas, followed by a refreshing pineapple sorbet and an enchanting dessert cart. It was truly satisfying. It was a great meal!
