A Michelin three-star French restaurant located between Ginza and Shimbashi. I enjoyed delightful amuse-bouches, bread served with rich olive oil sourced from ancient trees, a corn soup with salmon roe accompanied by crispy madeleines shaped like corn, and a cold appetizer beautifully decorated with avocado and edamame. The meat dishes, desserts, and the dessert cart made for an incredibly satisfying experience. It was a great meal!
