I finally secured a reservation and visited my long-awaited spot. I tried both the soy sauce and salt ramen. To be honest, while the salt ramen was delicious, I didn’t feel it reached the quality I expected from Iida Shoten. However, the soy sauce ramen was truly impressive—it made me understand why everyone craves it. The flavor of the soy sauce was so pronounced that I could taste it even when slurping the noodles, which was astonishing. Though the expectations are high, I believe this is a place everyone should visit at least once. Next time, I’d love to try the Tsukemen and any limited-time offerings!
