The sushi made with kabosu and salt was a completely new experience for me, and I was overwhelmed the entire time. Both the presentation and taste were top-notch.Since it was my first visit, the chef kindly explained the order of the dishes and the ingredients, which made for a truly delightful experience. Chef Amano was very friendly and approachable, which helped ease my nerves. It was delicious—thank you very much!
