It had been a few months since my last visit, and I felt that the overall quality of the course was exceptionally high this time. The non-alcoholic pairing was outstanding, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.My companion opted for the wine pairing, which also seemed to be excellent.The chef's sincere approach to each ingredient is evident, and they truly understand the essence of each dish. For instance, when it comes to stir-fried vegetables, the chef often says it’s the simplest yet the most challenging dish to perfect.Various types of vegetables are beautifully presented in a single hot pot, as if they have been touched by magic, each in its prime state on the plate. The texture, sweetness, and umami were all perfect.The chef showcases beautiful work at every moment, handling everything solo.Beyond just being a chef, their pride and humility shine through, and they don’t rest on their laurels despite the restaurant's fame and difficulty in securing reservations.I truly admire this.This is a unique Chinese restaurant that continues to evolve.I am already looking forward to my next visit.This was the best course I’ve ever had!Bravo!
