I visited "Nakahara," which I had been curious about for a while, and enjoyed the Standard Course. The course started with Ikafe and Yukhoe, followed by the restaurant's signature "Phantom Tongue," seasonal vegetables, two types of salted meat, tail soup, two types of sauced meat, two types of Horumon, and Tsurami, providing a well-structured experience that kept me engaged until the end. Each piece of meat was of high quality, melting in my mouth with a tenderness that showcased the skillful cooking that brings out the best flavors of each cut. It truly felt like a high-end yakiniku restaurant. What stood out particularly was the thoughtful arrangement of the course. The alternating presentation of fatty and lean cuts ensured that I didn’t feel overwhelmed, allowing me to enjoy the meal thoroughly. Additionally, all grilling was handled by the staff, ensuring that each piece of meat was cooked to perfection. The finale included unlimited servings of two types of beef rice bowls and cold noodles, which was a luxurious touch. With options for regular, half, or small sizes, I could adjust according to my appetite and sample a little of everything, which was a delightful feature. This restaurant offers not only high-quality meat but also a well-considered flow and overall satisfaction throughout the course, making it worth the price. I would highly recommend it for special occasions or celebratory dinners.
