This was my second visit. The dining experience was so exceptional that I traveled deep into the mountains of Gifu again in search of game meat.I couldn't forget the wild boar spare ribs and the mushroom sushi that was almost indistinguishable from Wagyu.Once again, everything was incredibly delicious, and the chef was so entertaining that we were laughing the entire time.They always serve unique ingredients that you can't find anywhere else, and I'm really looking forward to my next visit!
