A popular innovative restaurant in Fukuoka.I had the opportunity to visit again in a short period of time.The dish featuring a mousse made from new onions paired with olive oil was delicious, with a smooth texture that captured the essence of the onions.Each dish was creative yet not overly extravagant, resulting in a well-balanced course.I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises.
