This was my second visit to Tagetsu.I started with the first dashi (broth). The first dish was a tomato and junsai (water shield) puree. The flavor of the tomato was rich and pronounced!Next was the conger eel.For the main dish, I had young sweetfish, which was grilled slowly over charcoal until it was perfectly cooked, and I could eat the bones and everything. The finale was corn rice, which was lightly seasoned to let the natural flavors shine through. For dessert, there was a pudding made with Taiwanese pineapple and a jelly, perhaps? The matcha monaka (wafer) had a subtle sweetness. They also made handmade kuzukiri (starch noodles) right in front of me.The owner was friendly, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.Thank you for the wonderful meal!
