This was my second visit. The first time was so delicious that I decided to come back. The summer menu featured an amuse-bouche that resembled a caviar quiche, which had prosciutto inside and was topped generously with caviar. Since I’m on a low-salt diet, I gave it to my partner. The foie gras and American cherry monaka was delightful, combining the richness of the foie gras with the sweetness of the cherries, but the foie gras was a bit overwhelming. It might be better with just the cherries. For the main course, I had lamb. There were two cuts: the front piece was a rare, lean cut with no gamey taste, while the chop at the back had some fat and a stronger flavor, which lamb lovers might enjoy. I liked both, so I ordered them in large portions. The mango shortcake for dessert was incredibly fresh, with both the cream and the cake made to perfection. Overall, it was a parade of high-quality ingredients, which is nice occasionally, but it might be a bit heavy. However, I was pleased to find that they use minimal butter here! So, I could eat a lot without feeling weighed down. Thank you for the wonderful meal. I felt that the flavors were a bit stronger this time, perhaps because it’s summer.
