I don't usually crave ramen, so I rarely go out specifically for it. However, I was truly impressed by the high quality of the ramen during my first visit to Raa Menya Shima. I think this is the first ramen shop that made me want to return for another bowl.Last time, I had the Special Raa Men Shiro Shoyu, but this time I tried the Special Raa Men Shio, as the title suggests. My impression? The shio is delicious! You can really taste the saltiness and umami, but it has a smooth flavor that doesn’t make you want to drink water even after finishing the broth. The lingering umami is remarkable. The overall quality is very high.Some reviews mention that the noodles feel soft, but considering the harmony of the entire bowl, I think these noodles are just right. Additionally, I noticed that the softer noodles maintained their texture as I continued eating. They are soft but don’t become mushy.I believe the finishing touches on each topping, including the smoking and cooking techniques, are exceptional. If you’re going to make a reservation, I strongly recommend trying the Special.The speed of service after being seated is also impressive.I will definitely come back. It was delicious!
