This is the restaurant of Takao Fujiyama, who served as the executive chef of Wakuden. It's impressive that he became the head chef at Muromachi Wakuden at just 27 years old. Since it was a business dinner, I couldn't take any photos. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly creative. It's located in the same building as Sushi Ishiyama.
