The owner and chef is Keizo Sugimoto. He went to France at the age of 19 and worked as a chef in various regions, including Alsace. He returned to Japan in 2012 and opened this restaurant. I didn't think I would be able to come here until the last minute, but due to certain circumstances, I was able to make it.Every dish, including the wine pairing, was exceptional. Even the classic bread, resembling a croissant, was in a league of its own.
