Founded in 1994 by the renowned chef Noboru Tani, who graduated from the Hattori Nutrition School. He gained experience at notable establishments such as Il de France in Roppongi and Rengaya in Ginza, as well as at three-star restaurants like Crocodile and Shiringa in France. Each course dish is explained with care and elegance. Unfortunately, photography is not allowed inside the restaurant, but the creativity and deliciousness of the dishes truly stand out.
