This is the most impressive and shocking restaurant I've experienced in a while. From the very first dish, the sheer skill was evident. The dishes evoke a sense of "amazing" rather than just "delicious." It's incredible how Japanese and Thai cuisines can blend so seamlessly, but the real power comes when they enhance each other on the plate. I haven't been this moved by food in a long time.
