I ordered the Special Shoyu Ramen.⚫︎ Broth My first impression was, "Wow! It’s rich!! Delicious!!" The umami of the broth combined with the gentle sweetness and depth of the soy sauce creates an incredibly tasty experience. It’s so good that I almost drank it all! ^^⚫︎ Noodles They are soft and smooth. As I continued eating, they absorbed the broth, enhancing the flavor with a strong essence. There isn’t much of a wheat taste.⚫︎ Toppings All the chashu (braised pork) is tender, each with its own unique flavor, making it absolutely delicious. The wontons have a nice contrast between the smooth exterior and the meaty texture, which is also delightful. The soft-boiled egg is consistently good. You can really feel the attention to detail in the toppings.
