It had been a while since my last visit to Higashiazabu Amamoto! I was invited by a couple I know well, and I’m very grateful for that. Once again, the course was absolutely delightful! From the appetizers to the sushi, everything was incredibly delicious. The flavors were so amazing that it felt like my brain was short-circuiting! I couldn’t help but keep drinking! The take-home rose chirashi was as beautiful as a piece of art. It’s a secret that I ate it as soon as I got home! I hope to visit again soon. Thank you, Chef Amamoto, for such a wonderful time!
