I made a reservation at a renowned high-end dim sum restaurant located in the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo in Nihonbashi. The view from the upper floors was outstanding. I ordered the all-you-can-eat buffet, starting with three colorful types of dim sum, followed by a variety of creatively prepared steamed dumplings, succulent prawn wonton noodles, and dessert. Combined with attentive service, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
