On February 1st, I called Komatsu Yasuke over 200 times. I learned that they accept reservations on the 1st of every month for dates three months in advance, so I persisted. I was incredibly lucky to finally get through and secure a reservation. With great anticipation, I visited "The Western Yokozuna, Komatsu Yasuke." Every dish was truly exceptional, but the squid was particularly outstanding. The chef's graceful movements while preparing it were a sight to behold. Though I didn’t take any photos, the last dish served was "Unagi and Cucumber," which was simply exquisite. If you visit Kanazawa, this sushi restaurant is a must-try. "Komatsu Yasuke - Absolutely amazing!"
