Michelin One StarI finally had dinner at Nabeno-Ism, a long-awaited experience.This beautiful restaurant stands along the Sumida River. With a dress code after a long time, I was looking forward to the dinner time.The quality of the dishes was outstanding, combining the techniques of French cuisine, renowned for its history, with Japanese ingredients, creating a harmony that felt both new and comforting. Despite being a high-end restaurant, I was able to relax and enjoy my meal with my guests, which made it truly enjoyable.The chef also came to greet each table, and I was delighted to have a conversation with the head chef. The beautiful kitchen visible from the first floor looked as if it had just opened yesterday.
