The sushi here felt meticulously crafted, considering not only the freshness of the ingredients but also the temperature of the rice and the harmony when it melts in your mouth.The tuna was particularly impressive, with each cut—from lean to fatty—offering a distinct flavor. The quality of the kohada, sweet shrimp, and sea urchin was also evident.In addition to the nigiri, the carefully prepared side dishes served throughout the course contributed to a well-paced dining experience.The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the process of each piece being prepared right in front of you.While it's not a place you can visit casually considering the price, it’s definitely a sushi restaurant I would like to return to for a special occasion.It was a great meal.
