I visited the renowned "Sushi Sho Saito," famous for its difficulty in making reservations. From start to finish, my satisfaction level was incredibly high, and I completely understand why it’s hard to get a table here. The sushi was, of course, exceptional, but each appetizer was also crafted to perfection, making the entire course enjoyable without any dull moments. It was clear that not only the quality of the ingredients but also the temperature, texture, and balance with the rice were thoughtfully considered. One standout was the hairy crab. The impressive crab presented right in front of me was striking, and I could truly savor its rich flavor—it was simply the best. The tuna was perfectly marbled, melting in my mouth the moment I took a bite. The sea urchin was rich and sweet, showcasing the quality of each ingredient to its fullest. Moreover, the charm of Sushi Sho Saito continues even after the course ends. I appreciated being able to add my favorite sushi a la carte. Although I was already quite full, I decided to add just two pieces of sushi after much deliberation. The fact that it left me wanting more was impressive. The dessert, a monaka, was also outstanding. Even after indulging in plenty of sushi, it was light and provided a pleasant finish to the meal.Above all, what left a lasting impression was the personality of the owner. While the skills and quality of the dishes were remarkable, the warmth and friendliness conveyed through the service and conversation made for a truly comfortable experience. The owner deserves a solid ⭐️5.It’s no surprise that reservations are hard to come by. I would love to return whenever I have the chance.
