I made a reservation online and had been eagerly anticipating this day with my companions. The Michelin three-star rating raised my expectations for a wonderful experience, but I also felt anxious, wondering, "What if the food doesn’t suit my taste?" and "What if I’m the only one who doesn’t understand what everyone else is raving about?"On the day of the visit, my worries were completely dispelled by the incredible dishes presented to us. It felt like a series of exceptionally delicious plates, one after another, reminiscent of the best dish I’ve had at other restaurants. While it’s common to find a few standout dishes, I had never experienced an entire meal where everything was delicious.The dishes appeared simple yet were bursting with impactful flavors and humor, showcasing the strength of the ingredients and an unprecedented level of deliciousness.As I continued to eat, I felt like my body was ready to dance. (I was swaying a little.) With each dish nearing its end, I found myself thinking, "I want to keep eating, but I’ll be sad when it’s gone." This was a feeling I had never experienced before.Although this was my first visit, I want to assure anyone who shares similar anxieties that there’s no need to worry.
