I received an invitation from my culinary mentor and finally visited Ten Zushi! After dreaming for about 5 years to dine here, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you so much! ♂️♂️♂️ Ten Zushi is renowned as one of the best sushi restaurants in Japan, known for its top-notch skills! Every dish was so delicious that I can hardly find the words to express my amazement! And the Karatsu red sea urchin available at this time of year is simply exquisite!!! It might be the best uni I've ever had! Overall, from start to finish, it was an incredible experience and a wonderful memory.
