I’ll skip the detailed description of the restaurant since others have covered it well. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! There were no misses, only hits! The forest bread, squid, bamboo shoots, wild vegetables, Spanish mackerel, and Chateaubriand from Tajima beef were not only amazing in terms of quality but also in seasoning, serving temperature, and presentation—it was truly impressive!
