Finally! I had always wanted to go, but I never got the chance until now, so I was really excited to visit. Nouvelle Chinoise is trending, but this place offers authentic Chinese cuisine that truly impressed me. After drinking some Shaoxing wine, I realized I needed to focus more on the food next time instead of getting tipsy! The brave sweetfish... I enjoyed the bitterness by eating it from the head, and the tail was refreshing with some wasabi vinegar. Everything was of high quality, and it was hard to choose a favorite, but the Yunbai Pork was outstanding. I even asked if it was hand-cut, and it was! Overall, the portions weren't too large, so as a food lover, I plan to order more dishes next time I visit! I’m looking forward to my next visit! ♩
