I had the Shoyu Ramen.I was finally able to visit this incredibly popular restaurant that’s hard to get a reservation at.The Shoyu Ramen was truly impressive.The homemade thin noodles paired perfectly with the rich and flavorful soy sauce broth.The chashu was tender and finely textured, making it exquisite.It was a bowl I couldn’t help but finish.Thank you for the wonderful meal!
