I visited the new location of NK for the first time. The atmosphere from the entrance outside builds excitement as you approach the entrance of the restaurant.The layout and ambiance inside haven’t changed much, but both the exterior and interior have been beautifully renovated.Chef Kakuya Kenta is not only personable and enjoyable to talk to, but his culinary skills are exceptional, leaving me impressed with every dish. The flavors of the ingredients shine through, and the cooking methods and combinations are innovative, resulting in wonderfully delicious dishes that always bring new discoveries.The hospitality from the chef and staff is outstanding, creating a very comfortable space. There is a great selection of delicious and hard-to-find alcoholic beverages, and they also provide excellent pairings with the food, which is fantastic!I always have a wonderful time enjoying the warm, homey atmosphere, along with the incredibly delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend this restaurant!
