I visited Eiki, located in Ebisu.This restaurant was opened by Mr. Onoda, who hails from the renowned yakitori establishment, Torishiki.They have a unique omakase stop system, where you can tell them to stop serving once you feel full.Each skewer is quite large, so I found myself thinking, "Am I getting full yet?" But before I knew it, I had finished everything!Every skewer was satisfying and packed with flavor.I had expected a somewhat formal atmosphere, but to my pleasant surprise, it was lively and everyone was enjoying themselves! The chef had a friendly demeanor, making it easy to relax and enjoy delicious yakitori.While inheriting the skills of a famous restaurant, it has a casual vibe that makes it a comfortable place to dine.I can't wait to come back when I'm hungry again!
