Ramen [Shiro Shoyu] JPY 1450Arrived on 5/15 at 12:05.Reservation only.Entered at 12:15 with a reservation.I was so happy to finally visit Raa Menya Shima after such a long time! ✨My previous reservation got canceled, and with my overseas business trips, I hadn’t been able to come for a while.My first bowl back was my favorite, Shiro Shoyu!The deliciousness exceeded my expectations from the very first sip.Every time I raise the bar, it surpasses it.The truffle paste is so delicious that I always find myself debating when to mix it into the soup.The chashu is also generously sized and incredibly satisfying! ❣️I’m truly moved every time I eat here.I hope I can come back soon!
