Everything was simply delicious. The level of effort and skill in the cooking was astonishing, and each dish left me in awe. It's such a delight to be able to enjoy this quality of food in Aichi. Even though I'm not a fan of conger eel, the way it was prepared here made me think, "What is this? Is this really conger eel?" I was truly surprised and impressed.As for the dessert, I usually skip cake, but the cherry cake here was so good that I ended up eating two pieces, even taking one from someone who couldn't eat it. It's the best cake I've ever had. It's surprising even to me that I, who don't usually like sweets, ended up eating two pieces.I definitely want to come back!
