Today, I visited with a new employee for lunch a la carte after a long time. We ordered the reliably delicious Dan Dan Noodles and Seafood Fried Rice! Although the lunch course would have been great, we opted for a la carte this time. This restaurant is a renowned Chinese establishment representing Gifu, and I look forward to trying the course menu next time. It was a great meal!
