I had been looking forward to this for a long time! Each dish was truly delicate, and it completely changed my perception of "Chinese cuisine" in a positive way. The approach was entirely different from typical Chinese food, and I was surprised with every bite, transforming my concept of what Chinese cuisine can be. What left the biggest impression on me was the Genovese pasta at the end. I never expected to encounter such an incredible Genovese at a Chinese restaurant, and I was genuinely moved. ( ; ; ) To top it off, the chef mentioned that he had never tried Genovese before, which surprised me even more. It was the most delicious Genovese I have ever had!
