Tonight, I celebrated my milestone of visiting my 100th Neapolitan pizza restaurant at this Italian gem.I made a bit of a journey to this renowned spot in Kokuryo that I had been curious about for a while.The course meal was simply outstanding.The menu featured ingredients presented as "challenges," allowing the chef to creatively respond, making it an engaging experience. The quality was so high that it wouldn’t be surprising if it earned a Michelin star in the city.This is not just a pizzeria, but a true Italian restaurant.Still, I could choose from 8 different pizzas, and I ordered the Marinara and Eggplant with Sausage.Additionally, I enjoyed 8 different wine pairings, making for a perfect celebration of my 100th visit.It was a great meal.My score for the Neapolitan pizza is 3.33 out of 5.You can find my previous rankings in my profile.
