I had been wanting to visit for a while, so I went on a weekday evening. The renovated store has a lovely atmosphere, and the garden leading to the seating area was a quiet and calming space. Each dish featured a main ingredient, and the colorful Shinshu vegetables were impressive, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors. As a souvenir, I received some fresh sweets and bonito flakes. I left feeling completely satisfied and full.
