I made my next reservation right after my previous visit, making this my second time here. The atmosphere seems to attract many repeat customers.This time, I enjoyed a course priced at JPY 11,000 per person.The biggest charm of this restaurant is that all the meat is grilled right in front of you. Each cut is cooked to perfection, and the staff kindly explains the best way to enjoy each piece.What stood out to me was the small serving of plain white rice offered at the beginning, paired with a seasoned loin. It was simple yet incredibly delicious, instantly raising my expectations.The course allows you to savor various cuts of meat, but the lean cuts and tongue were particularly exquisite. The quality of the ingredients, combined with the excellent grilling technique, provided satisfaction with every bite.Additionally, the meal includes palate cleansers, rice dishes, and desserts, ensuring a full course experience that keeps you engaged until the end. It offers satisfaction beyond the price, making it a place I would love to visit again on special occasions.
