Thanks to my companion winning the reservation battle, I finally got to enjoy the number one ramen in Japan. Most people seemed to have two bowls, so I decided to try both the salt and soy sauce varieties (the limited edition was already sold out by 2 PM). Both were delicious, but as someone who prefers stronger flavors, I lean towards the soy sauce! The broth allowed me to savor the taste of the ingredients, and the noodles were wonderfully chewy, making for a truly delightful meal.
