This is a famous restaurant I've heard about, but it was difficult to make a reservation. I finally managed to book a table for my first visit.The atmosphere of the hidden alleyway shop heightened my expectations. It seemed like most of the other customers were regulars, which made me a bit nervous.The first dish was a mysterious creation resembling a chocolate ball, and I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted it. I was amazed by the rich yet not overwhelming flavor of the broth, packed with umami.After that, I enjoyed unique dishes like yam noodles, conger eel, horse sashimi, sea urchin, and tenderloin. Each dish was a creative experience, and I felt a sense of excitement about food that I hadn't felt in a long time.Although it's hard to get a reservation, I definitely want to come back next year.
