Visiting SEN.Every time I come here, I am reminded of how wonderful Japanese cuisine truly is.From the initial setup, my mood is uplifted. This time, it was the iris theme. I always appreciate the chef's thoughtful seasonal touches. Each visit brings new surprises that I look forward to.The dishes are not just about presenting the ingredients directly; each plate seems to have its own unique twist. The soup, sashimi, and grilled dishes.None are flashy, yet they leave a lasting impression. The balance of temperature, aroma, and texture is delightful, and with each bite, I feel more satisfied. The young sweetfish in this season was vibrant and delicious. It truly feels like I am savoring the season. And of course, the highlight is the finale.White rice, mackerel sushi, eel and egg rice bowl, ramen, shrimp tempura rice bowl, and ochazuke.A total of six options. While I can choose my favorites, as a foodie, my usual answer is "I'll have them all!" They never cut corners until the very end.Once again, I realize what a fantastic restaurant this is, where I leave fully satisfied every time.I look forward to visiting again in a different season.
