Wow! This restaurant is famous for always having a line, but on this day, I was able to get in without waiting (during Golden Week).Since it was my first time, I asked for recommendations and ordered a variety of dishes. I tried the tenderloin, outside skirt, liver, mixed horumon, and salted tongue, and they were all delicious! The top outside skirt was especially tasty. While the prices aren't exactly cheap, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything. I think it’s perfectly fine if you’re okay with a well-established restaurant! (laughs) (Note: On this day, I could only order one serving at a time, so the portions in the photos look small.)
