I've visited Sushi Namba several times.Every time, I am reminded of just how delicious it is.The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and the temperature of the rice and the harmony with the sushi are all carefully considered, resulting in a high level of perfection for each piece.The transition from appetizers to sushi is smooth, and rather than relying on flashy presentations to impress, it consistently makes you think, "This is truly delicious" as you continue to eat.Although I've been here multiple times, it's notoriously difficult to get a reservation, and I usually end up only being able to book lunch.I would love to try it for dinner at least once, but I haven't been able to secure a reservation for the evening yet.That said, I have already secured my next reservation.I arrived with high expectations this time, and it certainly did not disappoint in terms of satisfaction.Next time will also be for lunch, and I am looking forward to it already.I would be thrilled if I could manage to get a dinner reservation someday.It was a great meal.
