I arrived before 9 AM and saw 5 people waiting along the road across from the restaurant. Fortunately, the rain had almost stopped. After waiting for over 2 hours, I was finally invited inside. Since it was my first visit, I ordered the famous Tann Curry. The thick slices of beef tongue overflowed from the curry sauce, and the rice was topped with raisins and cheese. The tongue was incredibly tender! I wonder how long they simmer it. The flavor of the curry sauce, with its various spices, was exquisite and never got boring. The pickled onions served as a condiment were also delicious. I’d love to try the other curries, but I wonder if I can wait another 2 hours... It was a great meal!
