It accommodates only 8 guests.According to the staff, they typically have two seatings per day.The person who took me mentioned that reservations should be made three months in advance, as this place is considered one of the best sushi restaurants in Sannomiya.Photography is not allowed inside the restaurant.The staff serves each dish personally. They refill your beer when it gets low and clear away empty plates as the next dish arrives.From sashimi to sushi and dessert, everything was exquisite and refined, clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the natural sweetness and umami in every bite and sight.It was absolutely fantastic.And the price? Well, let's just say it was worth it!
