This was my first visit, inspired by a conversation with friends. I came in with the image of Thai cuisine in my mind, but after tasting the dishes, I can say that it’s best described as a Thai-inspired kaiseki experience! While opinions on the pricing may vary, I truly enjoyed the rich umami flavors that Japanese people love, along with unique ingredients not typically found in Thai cuisine. Every dish I tried was absolutely delicious.
