I was completely amazed by how delicious everything was! I was shocked to find such incredible quality at this price. The presentation about the dishes, ingredients, and producers was also very informative, making for a truly satisfying lunch. I was particularly impressed by the salad, the flatfish, the Japanese seabass, the venison, and the melon dessert. However, the dish that resembled pasta made with squid, paired with a truffle sauce, was shockingly delicious. It's a shame that I can't visit every day since it's in Hiroshima. This is a must-visit French restaurant when you're in Hiroshima!
