I finally won the reservation battle for Sunday at 4 PM and visited on Wednesday at noon. I arrived early at 11 AM. The parking lot is quite spacious, so there's no need to use coin parking. Even if you arrive early, you will be called in the order of your reservation (it's a complete turnover system), so arriving 10 minutes early is sufficient. I purchased my ticket at the vending machine outside about 15 minutes before my reservation. Cash, cards, and electronic money are all accepted.I ordered the Shoyu Wonton Chashu Ramen for JPY 3000 and the Soy Milk Cold Dan Dan Noodles for JPY 2100. Surprisingly, there were no customers who ordered just one meal. Some even ordered three! However, it was my first time spending over JPY 5000.The interior has the atmosphere of a high-end sushi restaurant. After being seated, the owner greeted each customer individually. My glass was filled with what seemed to be Javanese tea, about one-seventh full, with no water provided.There is also a noodle-making area inside, and outside, there’s a souvenir corner, making it a major tourist spot.First, I tried the Soy Milk Dan Dan Noodles. The ingredients were all under the soup, presented in a unique way. The homemade chili oil was delicious. Cilantro was served on the side. I usually dislike cilantro, but when I tried it, it blended perfectly with the soup, creating an exquisite flavor change.The noodles were thick and flat, served ice-cold. This was the best Dan Dan noodles I’ve had this year, surpassing Nikaido.The Shoyu Ramen had extremely thin noodles, which didn’t stick together or become mushy as I ate. (Personally, I preferred the noodles from the Dan Dan noodles.)The chashu tasted like high-end sukiyaki. The menma, wontons, green onions, and nori were all delicious.The broth was similar to Toy Box, but the chicken oil was truly delightful.They also have a kids' ramen for JPY 500, so I’d love to come back after the holidays.Noodles: 3.5, Broth: 4.5, Ingredients: 5.0, Restaurant: 5.0, Cost Performance: 3.5
