A perfect score of 5 out of 5.Next time I come, I want to try the kappamaki (cucumber rolls) that the regulars were ordering. They have a generous amount of finely shredded cucumber.A beer and two small cups of Japanese sake cost JPY 36,000 (tax included) - very reasonable.I saw someone from "Hatsune Sushi" (https://kksankusu.com/blog/ag/eat-around/sushi/hatsune-2) here. Recently, they have been offering a style where the younger generation, known as the fifth generation, provides affordable options. I heard that they start work at 6:30 AM and finish at 11:30 PM, with hardly any days off, but they do get two days off a week.Sushi Ryujiro2-11-11 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo050-5870-5473
